Simple terms for a simple Mac app.

These terms apply when you download LivePin Free or purchase LivePin Pro directly from livepinapp.com.

Licence

LivePin Free is provided for personal or business use on compatible Macs. A LivePin Pro purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable licence to use Pro on up to three Macs they own or primarily use. The software is licensed, not sold.

What you may not do

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or make a purchased Pro licence key available to another person. You may not attempt to bypass licence checks or use LivePin to infringe another person’s rights.

Purchases

LivePin Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Taxes, receipts and payment processing are handled at checkout. Refund requests should be sent to tim@rycroft.co and will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law and the checkout terms.

Updates and compatibility

The current release supports Apple silicon Macs running macOS 15 or later. We may provide maintenance updates, but a one-time purchase does not promise every future major version or feature.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for having permission to view or control any content you pin. LivePin must not be used to bypass copyright protection, access controls, workplace policies or the rights of another person.

Availability

LivePin depends on macOS permissions and public Apple frameworks. Some protected media, applications or websites may prevent capture, playback control or automation. The software is provided without a guarantee that every third-party app or source will remain compatible.
